GARDEN SHOW 2025 IN BAIERSBRONN & FREUDENSTADT
Freudenstadt & Baiersbronn invite you to the 2025 Garden Show in Valley X! Visitors can look forward to 143 days of flower and garden diversity, which can be admired between 10 am and 6 pm, more than 1,000 events, art, concerts and culture with regional stars as well as various cooking events and festivals, action, sport and, of course, lots of fun.
MUSICAL HIGHLIGHTS
Every Friday, the “Regio Reihe – Die Region rockt” (“Regio Series – The Region Rocks”) is the place to party, with more than 40 bands and music groups from the region performing on the Schelklewiese in Baiersbronn. Among them are “Die Dorfrocker” (see picture). Every Thursday there is the “Jazz & Wine” event series in the Spiegelzelt in Freudenstadt.
MOVEMENT & ENTERTAINMENT
The “Beweg Dich” series provides fitness and action from Monday to Friday. Various sports activities and hands-on activities are on offer here. On Sundays, the week ends on a relaxed note with the sundowner event.
HIGHLIGHTS & THEME WEEKS
Schlager with “Papis Pumpels”, the cooking show “SWR Pfännle”, an appearance by Spiegel bestselling author Katrin Iskam with her show “Gärtnern ohne viel Geschiss” or the big SWR 3 party – there’s plenty to experience.
ON THE ROAD BY BIKE
The 8-kilometer variety of the garden show can be easily explored by bike in sections. Whether you want to use your own bike or need to hire one, which is no problem in Baiersbronn and Freudenstadt, as you can easily hire a bike or e-bike here. There are even separate routes for pedestrians and cyclists so that everyone can enjoy the landscape.
ARRIVAL & MOBILITY
If you arrive by car, there is a shuttle service every 15 minutes to the main entrances in Freudenstadt (market square) and Baiersbronn (train station). There is also another shuttle from the Freudenstadt market square to the Bärenschlössle entrance area in Christophstal. You can also hike here, and there is a rickshaw service for people with limited mobility on the route in the upper Christophstal and a little train in the Friedrichstal – Baiersbronn area. There will also be a special bus timetable so that you can experience the garden show in comfort using public transport, for example with a 2-day ticket. The fare for local public transport, including all buses in the district of Freudenstadt, is included in the day ticket for the Garden Show.

It’s time to feast: Regional specialties, freshly prepared by local restaurateurs at the most beautiful locations provide culinary highlights. Cozy cafés, rustic restaurants, delicious Black Forest classics or light, seasonal dishes – everyone will find what they are looking for here and, above all, will be satisfied.
