For our cuisine, we prefer to work with selected regional producers who are guaranteed to deliver the quality we demand for the preparation of our dishes.

We buy sausage, ham and meat from local butchers, eggs from the neighboring village.
Our bread and rolls come from the bakery next door, the vegetables from regional producers.

At lunchtime and throughout the afternoon, you can enjoy traditional and seasonal specialties from our à la carte menu or a slice of homemade cake from our patisserie with a freshly brewed coffee or tea.

In the evening, you can look forward to a varied half-board menu prepared daily with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our chef will spoil you with creative compositions of regional and international specialties – from sophisticated starters to delicious main courses and heavenly desserts.
